  I was looking for a new insurance company to hold my auto policy and I was fortunate enough to work with Alec Clement at Bernier's Insurance. Alec was extremely helpful through the entire process. He handled every aspect of my policy from start to finish. He made the transition from my old policy holder to Bernier's so simple and easy for me. Calling my old company to make sure everything was all set, he organized the paperwork and made time out of his day to come meet me assuring it was convenient on my end. Alec has been fantastic to work with and after stopping into the beautiful Bernier's office I was equally impressed by every staff member. Thank you Bernier's and thank you Alec Clement for this wonderful and easy insurance experience!

  As busy as we all are these days, I just had to take a moment and write this review. I have a leased printer in my showroom and the leasing company added an insurance cost to the invoices. When I questioned it they responded with we need proof that your insurance company covers leased products and they will need to contact our insurance carrier and then it could take several weeks to process before seeing the insurance cost drop. I emailed Gloria at Bernier Ins. and she immediately jumped into action, contacting the other insurance company, supply written documentation(proof) and put my mind at ease so that I could stay focused on my task at hand. Though this may have seemed a simple process to some, it speaks worlds to me. Thank you Gloria and the rest of the Bernier Ins. staff for taking such good care of Hogan Flooring in all of our Commercial insurance lines. Your the best! - Pam Hogan
